The group explores the local park and community spaces together at a comfortable pace. It’s as much about socialising as it is about walking, with plenty of time to chat and enjoy the surroundings.

Regular walks can improve physical health, boost mood and help build confidence, while also offering a chance to make friends and feel part of a group.
