EBR Mencap is delighted to invite all members, families, friends, and supporters to our Annual Christmas Party and Annual General Meeting (AGM).

This much-loved event is always a highlight of our calendar – a chance to reflect on the past year, enjoy some festive fun, and spend time with our wonderful community.

Date: Friday 11th December 2026
Time: 7.00pm – 10.15pm (starting with a short AGM)
Venue: Fleming Park Bowling Club, Eastleigh, SO50 9NL
(Next to Places Leisure, off Kornwestheim Way, Passfield Avenue – within walking distance of the town centre.)

🎶 What’s Happening

After a short Annual General Meeting, guests can look forward to live music and a disco – perfect for dancing the night away!
There will be a licensed bar, and a supper will be available for those who pre-order and pay in advance.
