Eastleigh Borough and Romsey Mencap are excited to invite members, families, carers and friends to our Summer BBQ on Saturday 18th July 2026.
The event will take place from 11:00am until 4:00pm at the Laurel BBQ Pitch in Royal Victoria Country Park.
We’re looking forward to a relaxed and enjoyable day together with tasty food, drinks, games and plenty of opportunities to socialise and have fun.

There is a suggested donation of £12 per person towards the cost of food. Please bring cash on the day if possible.
There will also be a raffle and soft drinks available to purchase, so please bring some change if you would like to take part.
Transport Information
We may run a minibus from Wells Place, Eastleigh, depending on demand. Spaces will be limited, so if you would like a place on the minibus, please let us know as soon as possible.
